FINDING THE BEST EARTH-MADE WATER — PART 2

Leaving the Commercial Food and Medicine Matrix

REAL MINERAL WATER BELONGS IN GLASS, NOT PLASTIC!

Our exploration of European mineral waters continues inside Sasha's European Market!

Niko introduces me to more naturally mineralized waters, including one from Georgia, another excellent source of mineral-rich spring water.

And then we get into something I'm particularly passionate about: THE CONTAINER YOUR WATER COMES IN!

Anyone who knows me knows I take my water seriously. I'm a water purist, and I consider the source, natural mineral composition, processing, and packaging essential parts of evaluating what I'm drinking.

We've become accustomed to buying commercially processed water in plastic bottles without giving much thought to what happens between the source and our cells.

MICROPLASTICS. PLASTIC PACKAGING. WATER STRIPPED OF ITS NATURAL MINERALS.

And then there's the question of what happens when naturally mineralized, electrically active water spends its shelf life inside plastic!

This is why I'm so enthusiastic about finding authentic mineral waters bottled in GLASS.

Niko also introduces an interesting distinction between clear and green glass bottles, explaining why she appreciates the additional protection darker glass provides against sunlight.

We return to Essentuki, the remarkable Russian mineral water from the Greater Caucasus region, and discuss its spring-to-bottle sourcing.

What an extraordinary difference between investigating the actual origin of your water and simply grabbing another plastic bottle off a commercial shelf!

WATER SOURCING IS PART OF BIOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY.

We're continuing our journey beyond the commercial food and medicine matrix, exploring the foods, waters, and natural resources that reconnect human biology with God and Nature.

And I have to say—don't you just love Niko?!

Reuniting Human Biology with God and Nature.
